Dubailand, a substantial development by Dubai Properties, has evolved into a multifaceted residential and entertainment hotspot. Originally envisioned as a 2 billion sq. ft. area, it now encompasses 3 million sq. ft., segmented into various distinctive districts like Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club, Dubailand Oasis, Layan, Majan, and Falcon City of Wonders, among others.

Dubailand residents benefit significantly from having private vehicles, given the ample parking available. Apartment complexes typically feature covered basement parking, and additional street parking caters to visitors. Villa residents enjoy the convenience of parking within their property, often in covered porches or dedicated garages.

Dubailand has transformed into a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. While public transport options may be limited compared to mainland Dubai, the area is rich in modern lifestyle amenities.

Most of the developments are close to the major highways, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Emirates Road (E611) and Al Qudra Road (D63). All of these highways provide easy access to reach central Dubai,Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates.

Living in Dubai land does have its perks but like any area in Dubai, there are a few things to consider. Dubailand is not accessible by public transport which might be a drawback for some. The affordable rents and many amenities are a plus for any resident but the area is still not fully developed with many new facilities and communities under construction.

Overall, Dubailand is a multifaceted destination that offers a wide range of entertainment, leisure, residential, retail, dining, and hospitality experiences, contributing significantly to Dubai's tourism and leisure industry.
